Better Process Control School

We offer the FDA-recognized course based on the federal requirements of the United States of America (21 CFR 108, 113, and 114), which establish that operators of autoclaves, processing systems, aseptic processing and packaging systems, and container closure inspectors must be under the operational supervision of someone who has successfully completed the appropriate instructions prescribed and established by the FDA.
The regulations also apply to thermally processed meat and poultry products (9 CFR 318.300 and 381.300), as well as low-acid thermally processed animal foods (21 CFR 507 and 508). The Better Process Control School (BPCS) is a course approved by the Food and Drug Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture for processors of acidified and low-acid canned foods.
It is an official course that provides practical applications of the principles established in the regulations and meets the training requirements of both the FDA and USDA.
